  1. Is Pancky metal detector easy to assemble?

Yes, Pancky Metal Detectors are quite easy to assemble
For PK0075 Metal Detector, here’s our assemble instruction video:

 

For PK1003 Metal Detector, just simply open it and set the best length of stem and the angle of the search coil at which is the best for you.

 

  1. Where can i use this metal detector?

You can use Pancky detectors at any place, such as mountains, beaches, even in snowfield, as long as the destination is legal to use metal detector. Both PK0075 and PK1003 are coil waterproof, so you can use them in shallow water.
The control box is not waterproof, please keep it away from water.

  1. What is included in this product?

Pancky PK0075 Metal Detector includes wired Headphones, a carry bag, a folding Shovel, and 2 9V batteries.
Pancky PK1003 Metal Detector includes a small shovel, ,a small rake, a carry bag and 1 9V battery.

 

  1. How long is this item covered under warranty?

Pancky offers a 1-year warranty.

 

  1. How deep can metal be detected with this metal detector?

PK0075 can detects 10” deep, and PK1003can detects 7.5” deep.

 

  1. How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order ships we will email you a shipping confirmation which will include your tracking information. Clicking that link will take you to your carrier's tracking information.

 

  1. How long will it take to get my package?

Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, It will deliver time 3-10 business days.

Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

 

  1. Do you charge for shipping?

We currently only deliver in the Contiguous United States, and we provide free shipping in the Contiguous US.

 

  1. Do you ship internationally?

No, we only ship in the Contiguous US currently.

Yes we do! However, please understand that we get a lot of requests. We do try to support as many of them as we can; however, we cannot fulfill all requests. Please submit all inquiries to Bei by emailing her at bei@panckydetectors.com.
